The sacred in Badalucco can be found everywhere. Of course, there are the great monumental churches, the parish church of the Assumption, with its portal, bell tower, works of art. It is a parish church, the first church in the Argentina middle valley consecrated for baptisms in the early Christian era. The Madonna della Misericordia (Our Lady of Mercy) is a triumph of the Baroque style. We might also mention the simplicity of the Franciscan oratory, connected to a confraternity made up of people like us. Or a tiny sacred building which is at the same time a city gate, actually situated over a five hundred year old bridge!
